What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Customer induced damage will not be covered by our return policy.

How long is the warranty on your computers?
We offer a 1 year limited parts and labor warranty. Damage caused by customer is not covered by our warranty.

Are all components new in box?
We try our best to offer all new components in our PC’s for a competitive price, however sometimes we may need to substitute used parts due to stock issues or similar. In this situation all used components will be thoroughly tested and cleaned before we ship the computer.

What does standard shipping include?
We include a free UPS ground shipping option on all orders. We also offer higher tier shipping options via UPS, or Local delivery and pickup.

Where is your customer support located?
All of our customer support inquiries are handled in house by the Tempest Storm team.
